Where we send deals
Our buy box is Anne Arundel County, Howard County, Baltimore County, Prince George’s County. When a contract lands in Baltimore City, Montgomery County, Washington, DC it goes to the list too. Tell us which counties you buy in and we only send houses there.
What to have ready
Cash or hard money, your max price, flip or rental, and how many houses you buy a year. With that we can put you on the right filter so the deals that reach your phone are ones you would actually sign.
