Short version: we keep what you type into the buyer list form, we use it to send you deals, and we do not sell it.

What we collect

The buyer list form asks where you buy, your buy box, your email and your phone number. We also record the page you landed on and the site that sent you, so we know which ads and posts bring real buyers.

How we use it

Sebastian texts you once to confirm your buy box. After that you get a text and an email when a house in your counties goes under contract. We do not send newsletters and we do not share or sell your details to other buyers, wholesalers or lenders.

Where it lives

Your details sit in the CRM and email tools Old Line Homebuyers LLC uses to run the list, and on our own servers. Those tools see the data in order to send the messages.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any text and the texts end. Email [email protected] and we delete your record within a few days.
